Although the energy efficiency labeling is self paste, but doesn't mean the system is voluntary. On the contrary, it is mandatory, energy conservation law of < > and < energy efficiency labeling management measures > are clearly defined related products to use energy efficiency logo.

In recent years, relevant departments of the state has issued a number of laws and regulations and related documents, situation and development direction of energy-saving work to develop a specific planning. Proposed to vigorously promote energy-saving product certification and energy efficiency labeling management system, and guide consumers to buy energy-efficient products.

At present, mandatory government procurement of products there are nine kinds: air conditioning, lighting products (including double end fluorescent lamp, self ballasted fluorescent lamps, single end fluorescent lamp, shaped fluorescent lamp ballasts), television, electric water heater, computer, printer, display, faucets. (二) the energy efficiency testing project, definition and standards
Power: definition: in the rated voltage and rated frequency, the actual consumption of the power and the rated power is poor.

The initial light effect: definition: ratio of self ballasted fluorescent lamp luminous flux and the measured power units for lumens per watt (lm/w}.

Chromaticity tolerance: definition: the range of chromaticity coordinates of target lamp distance value.
Standard: less than 5 SDCM
Guangtong maintenance rate: definition: under the conditions prescribed burning, during the life of the engine to a specific time in the luminous flux and initial flux volume ratio percentage than that.
Standard: self ballasted fluorescent lamps light in 2000h, its luminous maintenance rate should not be less than 80%.
